By placing an order for laser-engraved products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Product Customization:You acknowledge that many of our products are custom-made according to the specifications you provide during the ordering process. This includes, but is not limited to, text, images, fonts, and placement. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all submitted information.
2. No Refunds:Due to the personalized nature of laser-engraved items, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any laser-engraved products once the order has been processed and production has begun.
3. No Returns on Customized Products:We do not accept returns on any customized laser-engraved products. This policy applies to all items that have been specifically created according to your design and specifications.
4. Product Specifications:We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, you understand and agree that product specifications, including but not limited to materials, dimensions, and engraving appearance, are subject to change without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that any changes do not significantly alter the overall design or functionality of the product. Minor variations may occur due to the nature of the materials and the laser engraving process.
5. Order Acceptance:Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. Order confirmation does not guarantee shipment.
6. Production and Shipping:Production times for laser-engraved items can vary. We will provide an estimated timeframe for production and shipping, but these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Quality Assurance:We take pride in the quality of our laser-engraved products. If you receive a product with a defect unrelated to the customization you provided, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order with clear photographic evidence of the issue. We will review the issue and, at our sole discretion, may offer a repair or replacement of the non-customized portion of the product. This does not apply to errors in your submitted customization.
8. Limitation of Liability:Our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the products or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the purchase price of the specific product in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Governing Law:These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
10. Entire Agreement:These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Travmar Enterprises Inc. DBA Laser Engraver Pro regarding the sale of laser-engraved products and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
